Five Things That We Can Learn from the March for Europe

The ‘March for Europe’ was held yesterday on Saturday the 3rd of September across the UK. Cities such as London, Birmingham and Edinburgh where subjected to yet another whinge fest at the hands of the regressive Left. However, while it was painful to see the photos of these saps parading around our streets (covered head to toe in EU regalia, which was a terrible eye sore, I pity the locals, I really do) we conservatives have something to learn from yesterday’s event. We have yet an even further insight into the bizarre minds of the British (or do I mean ‘European?) left wingers of the Remain campaign.

1. The Left will not give in.
Upon becoming Prime Minister, Theresa May declared that ‘Brexit means Brexit’. The referendum resulted in over seventeen million, the majority, voting for the UK to leave the EU. Despite this, the Left will not give in. They will continue to act like crybabies, whinge on social media and via simplistic news outlets such as Buzzfeed, whilst they wallow within their middle class social circles. The March for Europe, which has just been held nearly three months after the referendum, just goes to show that the Left will cling on to their flawed arguments regardless of a democratic vote.

This is not how you win an argument.
2.The mainstream still supports them.
As per, the masses are continuously being ignored and publically insulted by the mainstream. Front line, mainstream politicians such as the Labour MP Chuka Umunna, and political activists such as Eddie ‘the Cuck’ Izzard gave their support to the march. The fact that such influential people deem it acceptable to support the moaning and ridicule of Leave supporters and the democratic right of the masses (by calling for a second referendum) is disgraceful. While the March for Europe has received much publicity from the likes of the BBC, counter protests have received next to none. The BBC only fleetingly mentions that “the Met Police said a 26-year-old man "from a group of around four men who attempted to demonstrate against the march" had been arrested.” Alas, the media is still trying, and of course in vain, to lead people to believe that Euroscepticism is violent and thuggish. However, the story of the man who ran off with Eddie Izzard’s pink beret is, quite frankly, hilarious. The mainstream is still desperately trying to cling on to its left wing agenda by appealing to the minority.

Isn't he detestable?
3. The Left are a smaller demographic than we are lead to believe.
The Left have always claimed how they fight for the ‘ordinary people’ along with other total malarkey. Yet, when we look at the photos of the March of Europe, the same thing can be observed - wave upon wave of disgruntled, middle class people. The Left are no longer a respectable working class tour de force. The working classes were long ago shunned by the Left due to their love of patriotism and their dislike for the establishment. The Left are now an embarrassing, fashion obsessed political clique.

These lefties are armed, probably with a rolled up copy of the Guardian.
4. Their ideas are based on emotions, not fact.
Just take a look at the banners that the protestors were waving during the marches across the UK. From wet, soppy slogans such as ‘I will always love EU’, ‘never gonna give EU up’ and ‘my life would suck without EU.’ Numerous slogans were also incredibly absurd and childish, including ‘Boris you dick face’ (how woefully unimaginative),  ‘charge führer Farage’ and ‘Europe innit’. This is a very simple way of dissecting the arguments of the Left’s actions at the March for Europe. Yet a simple method is the only method required where simple-minded people are concerned. It appears that the average supporter of the Europhile Left still has the mental capacity of a ten year old. Indeed, the average left-winger seems to have a tantrum like one.

Cracking jokes here, left, right and centre. Well actually, just to the left...
5. They hate democracy.

They still want another referendum. Even now, months after the result, the Labour leadership candidate Owen Smith is saying that a second referendum is required. While our current government is being lead by someone who supported the Remain campaign, she has had the humbleness and the dignity to state that the result should be respected. This total disregard for democracy by the Left is absolutely revolting and only reinforces the fact that they are sore losers. It is of the upmost importance that this democracy hating, student union dwelling, self-righteous clique of political campaigners are kept well away from any form of power.
